芪蛭通络胶囊治疗血管性轻度认知障碍的疗效观察

【摘要】：目的:评价芪蛭通络胶囊治疗血管性认知障碍的临床疗效。方法:本研究从本院脑病科门诊及住院招募血管性认知功能障碍(VCI)患者60例,随机分为A、B两组,各组30例。A组口服尼莫地平每次30 mg,3次/d,共治疗3个月;B组在A组基础上加口服芪蛭通络胶囊每次800 mg,2次/d,疗程总共3个月。比较VCI患者治疗前后简易智能精神状态量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)的变化。结果:A组治疗前后MMSE评分、ADL评分比较差异有统计学意义(均P0.01);B组治疗前后MMSE评分、ADL评分比较差异有统计学意义(均P0.01);B组和A组治疗后MMSE评分、ADL评分比较差异有统计学意义(均P0.01)。结论:芪蛭通络胶囊能够改善血管性认知障碍(VCI)患者的认知功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qizhitongluo capsule in the treatment of vascular cognitive impairment. Methods: 60 patients with VCI were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B. 30 cases in group A were treated with nimodipine 30 mg / d each time for 3 times a day. Group B was treated for 3 months. Group B was treated with oral Qizhitongluo capsule (800 mg / d) on the basis of group A. the course of treatment was 3 months. Comparison of simple intelligence before and after treatment in patients with VCI. Results there were significant differences in MMSE scores before and after treatment in group A (P 0.01) and MMSE scores in group B (all P 0.01). There was significant difference between group A and group A (P 0.01). Conclusion: Qizhi Tongluo capsule can improve the cognitive function of patients with vascular cognitive impairment.
