结构化认知干预对轻度认知功能障碍患者~1H-MRS的影响

【摘要】:目的分析结构化认知干预对轻度认知功能障碍(MIC)的影响。方法选择50例符合条件的患者,随机分成两组,对照组进行的传统健康教育,实验组在此基础上进行综合性结构化干预。治疗前后均使用~1H-MRS手段记录海马区域代谢产物N-乙酰天门冬氨酸(NAA)、肌醇(mI)和胆碱复合物(Cho)代谢变化,并对NAA、mI和Cho水平研究分析。结果与治疗前及对照组相比,实验组治疗后海马区域NAA/Cr明显升高(P0.05),mI/Cr明显减低(P0.05),与Cho/Cr间无显著相关性(P0.05)。结论综合性结构化干预对MIC的意义重大,且可通过1H-MRS进行检测。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the cognitive intervention on mild cognitive impairment (MIC) effect. Methods 50 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group, the traditional health education, the experimental group on the basis of a comprehensive structured intervention. Before and after treatment with ~1H-MRS means to record hippocampus metabolite N- acetyl aspartate acid (NAA), myo inositol (mI) and choline (Cho) metabolism of NAA, mI and Cho levels of analysis. Results compared with the control group and before treatment, after treatment of the experimental group hippocampus NAA/Cr Xian Shenggao (P0.05), mI/Cr decreased significantly (P0.05), no significant correlation with Cho/Cr between (P0.05). Conclusion the comprehensive intervention on structured MIC is significant, and can be detected by 1H-MRS.
