运用德尔菲法对双极性指数评估表适用性的调查

【摘要】：目的评价双极性指数评估表(bipolarity index)对我国双相障碍患者诊断的适用性。方法翻译并修订双极性指数评估表中文版,选择8家三级甲等医院16名精神科临床专家,运用德尔菲法(Delphi method)征询对该评估表的意见,分析专家意见集中程度及协调程度,并评价专家咨询的可靠性。结果专家的平均权威系数为(0.91±0.08)。所有条目重要性维度上集中程度,评分均数范围(4.25±1.06)~(5.88±0.34),满分比12.50%~87.50%;所有条目变异系数均≤0.25,范围0.06~0.25;协调系数为0.26(P0.01)。相关性维度上集中程度,评分均数范围(2.88±0.62)~(3.93±0.25),满分比12.50%~87.50%;各条目变异系数均0.25,范围0.06~0.22;协调系数为0.22(P0.01)。结论参与本研究的专家积极性、权威性高,结果可靠;专家对该量表各条目的协调程度较好;该评估表适合我国的双相情感障碍患者。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the applicability of bipolarity index in the diagnosis of bipolar disorder patients in China. Methods the Chinese version of bipolar index evaluation table was translated and revised, and 16 psychiatrists in 8 Grade 3A hospitals were selected. Delphi method was used to seek opinions on the evaluation form, to analyze the degree of concentration and coordination of expert opinions, and to evaluate the reliability of expert consultation. The average authority coefficient of experts was 0.91 卤0.08.
