【摘要】：目的：本研究旨在从大脑两半球协同的角度，探讨社会认知抑郁患者的脑功能，从而验证前人研究的理论假设：“一切精神疾病患者的病理心理或症状必然要有大脑两半球不合理的分工与协同为神经机制”。同时，，也为社会认知抑郁的临床诊断与治疗提供理论依据。方法：采用单视野速示的方法，对20名符合标准的社会认知抑郁患者和20名正常被试做对照研究。实验一，左、右视野组合“字”与“非字”实验，用来考察大脑两半球的协同互补功能；实验二，图、字Stroop效应实验，则考查大脑两半球间的协同互抑作用。结果：实验一，即左、右视野组合“字”与“非字”实验的研究结果显示：社会认知抑郁患者所组成的实验组表现为组合“字”的正确反应时快于组合“非字”，但组合“字”的正确率却低于组合“非字”；而正常对照组的表现是，组合“字”的正确反应时同样快于组合“非字”，但组合“字”与“非字”的正确率却没有统计学意义的差别。提示：社会认知抑郁患者大脑两半球协同互补功能受损。实验二，即图、字Stroop效应实验的研究结果显示：图、字Stroop效应实验中，社会认知抑郁患者与正常对照在正确反应时上均没有组间和组内的差异，在加工精确度上，两组间在三中刺激呈现方式的正确率上没有差异，但组内的结果却非常值得关注：社会认知抑郁患者在三种刺激呈现方式之间的正确率均无显著差异，而正常对照的表现却是“左视野图形”的正确率分别小于“右视野图形”和“中视野图形”的正确率，“右视野图形”和“中视野图形”之间的正确率无差异。提示：社会认知抑郁患者大脑两半球协同互抑功能受损。结论：社会认知抑郁患者大脑两半球的协同功能是受损的，具体表现为：1、社会认知抑郁患者大脑两半球协同互补机能障碍；2、社会认知抑郁患者大脑两半球协同互抑功能障碍。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the brain function of patients with social cognitive depression from the perspective of the cooperation between the two hemispheres of the brain. Thus, the theoretical hypothesis of previous studies was verified: "the pathological psychology or symptoms of all patients with mental illness must have an irrational division of labor and coordination between the two hemispheres of the brain as a neural mechanism." It also provides theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of social cognitive depression. Methods: a control study was conducted in 20 patients with social cognitive depression and 20 normal subjects. It is used to investigate the synergistic and complementary functions of the two hemispheres of the brain, while experiment two, the Stroop effect experiment, is used to examine the synergistic interaction between the two hemispheres of the brain. The correct rate of "left visual field figure" was lower than that of "right visual field figure" and "middle visual field figure" respectively, but there was no difference between "right visual field figure" and "middle visual field figure". The results showed that the two hemispheres were impaired in patients with social cognitive depression. Conclusion: the synergistic function of the two hemispheres in patients with social cognitive depression is impaired, as follows: 1: 1, the two hemispheres synergistic and complementary dysfunction in patients with social cognitive depression, and the synergistic and intersuppressive dysfunction of the two hemispheres in patients with social cognitive depression.
