妄想特征评定量表中文版评估精神分裂症妄想患者的效度和信度

【摘要】：目的:引进妄想特征评定量表(CDRS),分析其评估精神分裂症妄想患者的效度和信度。方法:经原作者授权,将CDRS英文版经翻译和回译后确定中文版(C-CDRS)。选取符合国际疾病与相关健康问题分类第10版(ICD-10)精神分裂症诊断标准,存在妄想症状的患者137例完成C-CDRS评定,对数据进行探索性因素分析和内部一致性检验。选取其中73例患者间隔1周后重复评定C-CDRS,检验量表的重测信度。结果:C-CDRS共11个条目,探索性因素分析提取到认知、情感和怪异性3个因子,对方差的累计贡献率为76.45%。C-CDRS总分的Cronbachα系数为0.83,3个因子的Cronbachα系数分别为0.84、0.77、0.78;C-CDRS总分的重测相关系数为0.85,3个因子的重测相关系数分别为0.86、0.82、0.83(均P0.01)。结论:妄想特征评定量表中文版的效度信度符合心理测量学要求,可以用于研究工作中精神分裂症患者妄想的评估。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the validity and reliability of CDRSs in the evaluation of delusional schizophrenic patients.Methods: with the authorization of the original author, the English version of CDRS was translated and retranslated to confirm the Chinese version.137 patients with delusional symptoms according to ICD-10 (International Classification of Disease and related Health problems) were selected to complete C-CDRS evaluation. The data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis and internal consistency test.73 patients were selected to evaluate the C-CDRSs repeatedly after 1 week interval to test the retest reliability of the scale.Results there were 11 items in C-CDRS.
