红外频谱照射与超低频电磁场处理水对D-半乳糖致大鼠学习记忆障碍模型的改善作用

【摘要】:目的探讨超低频电磁场处理水(简称频谱水)对D-半乳糖诱致大鼠学习记忆障碍模型大鼠学习记忆的改善作用及其可能机制。方法 60只SD大鼠随机分为5组,即正常对照组、模型组(D-半乳糖150 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1))、石杉碱甲组(0.031 mg·kg~(-1)·d~(-1))、红外频谱照射组和频谱水组,每组12只。正常组腹腔注射等体积生理盐水,其余各组大鼠均腹腔注射D-半乳糖6 w诱致学习记忆障碍,同时各组分别灌胃(或饮用)相应受试物或红外频谱照射,采用穿梭和水迷宫法测试小鼠学习记忆能力,并测定血清、脑组织及海马体组织的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH-Px)的活力和丙二醛(MDA)、糖基化终末产物(AGEs)含量的变化。结果红外频谱照射和频谱水均可改善模型小鼠的学习记忆能力,并提高血清和海马组织SOD、GSH-Px的活力(P0.05),降低MDA、AGEs含量(P0.05)。结论红外频谱照射对D-半乳糖诱致大鼠学习记忆障碍模型有明显的改善学习记忆作用,频谱水对该模型的学习记忆有一定的改善作用,其机制可能与提高机体和大脑(尤其是海马组织)的抗氧化能力有关。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect and possible mechanism of ultra-low frequency electromagnetic field (ultralow frequency) water treatment on learning and memory impairment induced by D-galactose in rats with learning and memory impairment.Methods Sixty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control group, model group with 150 mg / kg galactose), Huperzine A group with 0.031 mg 路kg ~ (-1) 路d ~ (-1) ~ (-1), infrared spectrum irradiation group and frequency spectrum water group with 12 rats in each group.Rats in the other groups were injected intraperitoneally with Dgalactose for 6 weeks to induce learning and memory impairment. At the same time, the rats in each group were given intragastric administration (or drinking) of corresponding test material or infrared spectrum irradiation, and the other rats were injected intraperitoneally with Dgalactose for 6 weeks to induce learning and memory impairment.The learning and memory abilities of mice were measured by shuttle and water maze method. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SODX), reduced glutathione (GSH-Px) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and glycosylation end product (AGEs) in serum, brain and hippocampus were measured.Results Infrared spectrum irradiation and spectral water could improve the learning and memory ability of the model mice, increase the activity of GSH-Px in serum and hippocampus, and decrease the content of MDA-AGEs.Conclusion Infrared spectrum irradiation can obviously improve the learning and memory of rats induced by D-galactose, and spectral water can improve the learning and memory of the model to some extent.The mechanism may be related to the enhancement of antioxidant capacity of the body and brain (especially hippocampus).
