坚果的摄入与抑郁症的关联性研究

【摘要】:目的在成年人群中探究坚果的食用频率与抑郁症的关联。方法以2013~2015年间,在天津医科大学总医院健康管理中心进行体检的19 362名成年人为对象。通过自我填写半定量食物频率评估问卷评价坚果的食用频率;使用抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评价抑郁症状;采用多元logistic回归分析坚果食用频率与抑郁症之间的关联。结果总人群中抑郁症状的患病率为6.5%。经多元调整后,坚果食用频率(周/次)1、1-3和≥4的人群中,抑郁症状患病率的比值比分别为1.00、0.76(0.64,0.89)和0.75(0.62,0.90)(趋势性P0.01)。结论坚果使用频率与抑郁症状独立相关,但需要更多的队列研究和干预实验确定其因果关系以及作用机制。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the association between the frequency of nut consumption and depression in adults.Methods from 2013 to 2015, 19 362 adults were examined in the Health Management Center of General Hospital of Tianjin Medical University.The self-filling semi-quantitative food frequency assessment questionnaire was used to evaluate the eating frequency of nuts, the self-rating depression scale was used to evaluate the depressive symptoms, and the multiple logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between nut consumption frequency and depression.Results the prevalence of depressive symptoms in the total population was 6.5.After multivariate adjustment, the ratios of prevalence of depressive symptoms were 1.00 0.760.64% 0.89 and 0.75% 0.62% 0.90% (trend P 0.01) respectively in the population with nut consumption frequency (1 / 3 and 鈮,
