【摘要】：目的探讨强迫症（obsessive-compulsive disorder, OCD）患者错误监测功能有无损害以及错误监测功能损害与注意网络的相关性。方法对确诊的53例OCD患者进行错误监测任务和注意网络测定(AttentionNetwork Test， ANT)，并与36名正常组的实验结果相比较。结果在错误监测任务中，OCD患者与正常对照组在全对（FC）、不确定、脱失数目、选择反应时以及总反应时中有统计学差异(t=2.080，P=0.040；t=-2.015，P=0.047；t=-3.948，P=0.000；t=-3.489，P=0.001；t=-3.388，P=0.001）；OCD组中服药组与未服药组在选择反应时、评估反应时和总反应时存在显著的统计学差异(t=2.275，P=0.029；t=2.367，P=0.022；t=3.002，P=0.004)。在注意网络功能测验中，OCD组与正常组在注意的警觉网络的反应时(RT)差异具有统计学意义（t=2.448，P=0.017）；错误监测功能的损害与注意网络功能有相关性。 OCD组中服药组与未服药组在选择反应时、评估反应时和总反应时存在显著的统计学差异(t=2.275，P=0.029；t=2.367，P=0.022；t=3.002，P=0.004).相关性分析中，病程长短与错误监测功能无显著相关性，而PI-WSUR总分、不确定数、脱失数与错误监测功能有着不同程度的相关性。结论OCD患者错误监测功能存在损害，这可能与注意网络的损害有关，，因为它们之间存在共同的调控脑区前扣带回皮层异常。SSRIs类药物对OCD患者错误监测功能无明显的影响，但可能会使OCD患者的反应抑制能力下降。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate whether the wrong monitoring function of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) patients is impaired and the relationship between the damage of error monitoring function and attention network.Methods 53 patients with OCD were examined by error monitoring task and attention network test, and the results were compared with those of 36 normal subjects.Results there were significant differences between the OCD patients and the normal control group in terms of FCU, uncertainty, number of loss, selected reaction time and total reaction time. There were significant differences in the selected reaction time and the total reaction time between the OCD patients and the normal control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups in the selected reaction time.There was significant statistical difference between the assessment time of reaction and the time of total reaction.In the attention network function test, there was significant difference between the OCD group and the normal group in the response time (RTT) of the attention alert network, and there was a correlation between the damage of the error monitoring function and the attention network function.In the OCD group, there was a significant difference between the response time and the total reaction time in the selective reaction between the drug group and the control group. There was a significant difference in the response time and the total reaction time between the two groups. There was a significant difference in the response time between the two groups. There was a significant difference between the two groups in the response time and the total reaction time. There was a significant difference in the response time between the two groups.In the correlation analysis, there was no significant correlation between the duration of the disease and the function of error monitoring, while the total score of PI-WSUR, the number of uncertainties, the number of loss and the function of error monitoring were correlated to different degrees.Conclusion the wrong monitoring function of OCD patients is impaired, which may be related to the damage of attention network, because there is a common regulation of the cortical abnormalities in the anterior cingulate cortex of the cerebral area between them. SSRIs have no obvious effect on the error monitoring function of OCD patients.However, it may decrease the ability of response inhibition in patients with OCD.
