【摘要】：正良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV)常见于老年人,且手法复位治疗具有较高的有效率。目前BPPV的诊断和治疗已得到神经科、耳科等学科医师的重视,但对BPPV患者尤其老年患者并存的情绪改变仍重视不够。本文将对近年来国内外BPPV与抑郁焦虑的研究进展进行综述。
[Abstract]:Positive benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPVs) is common in the elderly, and manual reduction therapy has a high effective rate.At present, the diagnosis and treatment of BPPV has been paid more attention by neurologist and otologist, but not enough attention has been paid to the emotional change of BPPV patients, especially the elderly patients.This article will review the research progress of BPPV and depression and anxiety at home and abroad in recent years.
