团体辅导对康复期精神分裂症患者孤独感的效果

【摘要】：研究目的:1.调查分析康复期精神分裂症患者的孤独感水平;2.调查分析康复期精神分裂症患者孤独感的影响因素;3.探究团体辅导对康复期精神分裂症患者孤独感状况的作用。研究方法:1.基线调查:采用随机抽样的方法,从山西省某精神卫生专科医院的封闭和开放病房中挑选300名精神分裂症患者为研究对象,对其进行阳性和阴性症状量表、孤独量表、自尊量表和领悟社会支持量表的测查,初步分析精神分裂症患者的孤独感特点。2.团体辅导:从基线调查中选取符合入组标准的精神分裂症患者80名进行实验,在征求患者及其家属和主治医生的同意后,采用随机抽样的方法将精神分裂症患者80名分为实验组40名和对照组40名,在药物治疗的基础上,对实验组的患者进行九次团体辅导,对照组的患者不采取任何措施。3.效果评估:团体辅导结束后,对实验组和对照组的精神分裂症患者的孤独感状况、自尊水平、领悟社会支持能力以及满意度进行测查,并统计分析数据来检验辅导效果。研究结果:1.山西省某精神卫生专科医院精神分裂症患者孤独感为高度孤独,自尊水平平均值为27.54±4.49,领悟社会支持能力平均值为55.61±16.44。2.精神分裂症患者的孤独感和自尊以及领悟社会支持能力呈显著负相关,精神分裂症患者的自尊和领悟社会支持能力呈显著正相关。3.对照组精神分裂症患者的孤独感水平无显著性差异(t=-0.03,p=0.98),实验组精神分裂症患者的孤独感水平存在显著性差异(t=3.50,p=0.001),实验组和对照组精神分裂症患者干预后的孤独感水平存在显著性差异(t=-3.76,p=0.001)。研究结论:1.山西省某精神卫生专科医院的精神分裂症患者存在高度孤独感,山西省某2.精神卫生专科医院精神分裂症患者的孤独感受到其个人自尊水平和领悟社会支持能力等因素的影响。3.团体辅导可能通过改善山西省某精神卫生专科医院精神分裂症患者的自我认识、人际沟通等方面促进孤独感的改善。
[Abstract]:Objective: 1. To investigate and analyze the loneliness level of schizophrenic patients in convalescent period. To investigate and analyze the influencing factors of loneliness in patients with schizophrenia during convalescent period. To explore the effect of group counseling on loneliness status of patients with schizophrenia during rehabilitation. Research method: 1. Baseline survey: 300 schizophrenic patients were selected from the closed and open wards of a mental health hospital in Shanxi Province by random sampling. The positive and negative symptoms scale and loneliness scale were carried out. Self-esteem scale and perceived social support scale were used to analyze the loneliness characteristics of schizophrenic patients. Group counseling: from the baseline survey, 80 schizophrenic patients who met the criteria for admission were selected for the experiment, and the consent of the patient, his family and the attending doctor was sought. 80 schizophrenic patients were divided into experimental group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40) by random sampling. On the basis of drug therapy, the patients in the experimental group were given nine group counseling, while the patients in the control group did not take any measures. Effect evaluation: after group counseling, the status of loneliness, self-esteem, perceived social support ability and satisfaction of schizophrenic patients in experimental group and control group were measured, and the data were analyzed to test the effect of counseling. The result of the study was: 1. The patients with schizophrenia in a special hospital of mental health in Shanxi Province had a high degree of loneliness, the average level of self-esteem was 27.54 卤4.49, and the average of perceived social support ability was 55.61 卤16.44.2. There was a significant negative correlation between loneliness and self-esteem and perceived social support ability in schizophrenic patients, and significant positive correlation between self-esteem and perceived social support ability in schizophrenic patients. There was no significant difference in the loneliness level between the control group and the control group. There was no significant difference in the loneliness level between the experimental group and the control group. There was a significant difference in the loneliness level between the experimental group and the control group. The loneliness level of the experimental group and the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: 1. Schizophrenia patients in a mental health hospital in Shanxi Province have a high sense of loneliness, Shanxi Province, 2. 5%. The loneliness of schizophrenic patients in mental health specialized hospital felt the influence of factors such as the level of personal self-esteem and the ability of perceived social support. Group counseling may promote the improvement of loneliness by improving the self-awareness and interpersonal communication of schizophrenic patients in a mental health hospital in Shanxi Province.
