中国老年人群焦虑症伴随基础性疾病研究现状系统评价

【摘要】：目的系统评价中国老年人群焦虑症合并基础性疾病的研究现状。方法检索CBM、CNKI和VIP中文数据库,由2名研究者独立筛选文献,纳入明确提及老年人、焦虑及基础性疾病的横断面研究、队列研究,排除海外老年人群研究。依据评价标准(Oxford CASP,2004)评价纳入的随机对照研究质量。结果初检到1 927篇文献,最终纳入132篇。1研究类型方面,56篇(42.42%)文献为无对照横断面研究;76篇(57.57%)研究设有对照,其中69篇(52.27%)为病例研究,7篇(5.30%)为随机对照研究。227篇研究提示患有基础性疾病患者的焦虑发生率高于无基础性疾病者,基础性疾病同焦虑症互为危险因素。359篇(44.70%)研究表明心理干预对患有基础性疾病的老年焦虑抑郁症有很好的治疗和缓解效果。结论老年人基础性疾病合并焦虑症的研究文献多为病例对照研究,RCT研究较少。综合干预可以显著减轻老年患者的焦虑程度,因此在进行基础疾病治疗的同时应注重心理护理和抗焦虑治疗的综合质量模式。
[Abstract]:Objective to systematically evaluate the current status of research on anxiety disorders associated with basic diseases in Chinese elderly people. Methods the Chinese database of CBM, CNKI and VIP was retrieved by 2 researchers. The cross-sectional study of elderly people, anxiety and basic diseases, cohort study, and the study of the elderly were excluded. The standard of evaluation was based on the evaluation criteria (Oxford CASP, 2004) evaluation of the quality of the randomized controlled study included. The results were first examined in 1927 articles, and finally included in 132.1 research types, 56 (42.42%) literature was no cross sectional study, 76 (57.57%) had a control, 69 (52.27%) was a case study, 7 (5.30%) was a randomized controlled study of.227. The incidence of anxiety in patients with sexual diseases is higher than that of non basic diseases, and the risk factors of mutual anxiety and basic disease are.359 (44.70%). The study shows that psychological intervention has good treatment and relieving effect on elderly anxiety and depression with basic diseases. Conclusion most of the literature of basic diseases combined with anxiety in the elderly is a case of cases. In the control study, RCT studies are less. Comprehensive intervention can significantly reduce the degree of anxiety in elderly patients. Therefore, the comprehensive quality model of psychological care and anti anxiety therapy should be paid attention to in the treatment of basic diseases.
