【摘要】:正硫化氢(Hydrogen sulfide,H2S)是继NO和CO之后发现的又一新型气体信号分子[1]。近20年的研究已揭示,H2S在中枢神经系统中具有重要的生理功能,如保护神经细胞及组织免受β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)、脂多糖、同型半胱氨酸等引起的炎症、细胞凋亡和氧化应激损伤等,H2S起着重要的神经调质和神经保护作用。离体和在体实验显示,H2S水平降低导致多种代谢通路功能紊乱和细胞损害等组织病理学改变,补充外源
[Abstract]:Hydrogen sulfide (H _ 2S) is a new gas signal molecule found after no and CO [1]. In recent 20 years, it has been revealed that H2S has important physiological functions in the central nervous system, such as protecting nerve cells and tissues from inflammation caused by 尾 -amyloid A 尾, lipopolysaccharide, homocysteine, and so on. H2S plays an important role in neuromodulation and neuroprotection, such as apoptosis and oxidative stress injury. In vitro and in vivo experiments showed that the decrease of H2S level resulted in histopathological changes such as dysfunction of many metabolic pathways and cell damage.
