西酞普兰治疗首发抑郁症老年患者效果及对血清中脑源性神经营养因子和神经肽Y的影响

【摘要】：目的观察西酞普兰对首发抑郁症老年患者的疗效及血清中脑源性神经生长因子(BDNF)和神经肽(NP)Y的影响。方法 82例首发抑郁症的老年患者编号后应用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各41例,对照组应用氟西汀,观察组应用西酞普兰,共治疗6 w,应用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评价治疗效果,同时观察血清中BDNF和NPY水平变化。结果观察组与对照组治疗后1、2、4、6 w末HAMD评分差异有统计学意义,治疗6 w后两组血清中BDNF和NPY的表达均升高,但是观察组BDNF和NPY的升高值明显高于对照组(均P0.05)。结论西酞普兰对首发抑郁症老年患者的疗效明显,且起效快,同时能有效上调血清中BDNF和NPY的表达。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of citalopram on first-episode depression in elderly patients and the effects of BDNF and NPY on the serum levels of brain-derived nerve growth factor (BDNF) and neuropeptide (NPY) in patients with first-episode depression. Methods Eighty-two elderly patients with first-episode depression were randomly divided into observation group (n = 41) and control group (n = 41). Fluoxetine was used in control group and citalopram was used in observation group. After 6 weeks of treatment, Hamilton Depression scale (Hamd) was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect, and the changes of serum BDNF and NPY levels were observed at the same time. Results there was a significant difference in HAMD scores between the observation group and the control group at the end of 6 weeks after treatment. The expression of BDNF and NPY in the serum of the observation group and the control group increased at the end of 6 weeks, but the BDNF and NPY levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (all P 0.05). Conclusion citalopram is effective and effective in the treatment of first-episode depression in elderly patients. Citalopram can effectively upregulate the expression of BDNF and NPY in serum.
