电针治疗阿尔茨海默病的动物实验研究进展

【摘要】:阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种中枢神经系统退行性变性疾病,其病因复杂且发病机制尚未明确。电针疗法是在传统针灸疗法的基础上,通过微量电流加以刺激,在AD的临床治疗和动物实验中已突显其治疗优势。文章对近十年电针治疗阿尔茨海默病的动物实验相关文献进行整理,从不同机制假说和超微结构水平做出归纳与总结,阐明了电针在AD治疗中的运用和治疗结果,在肯定电针疗效的同时,指出电针治疗AD的动物实验研究尚待从诊断标准、选穴依据、体内外实验结合和疗效评价标准等方面进一步深入。
[Abstract]:Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system. Electroacupuncture is based on the traditional acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, which is stimulated by a small amount of electric current, which has already highlighted its therapeutic advantages in the clinical treatment and animal experiments of AD. In this paper, the related literatures of animal experiments on electroacupuncture for Alzheimer's disease in recent ten years were summarized and summarized from different mechanism hypotheses and ultrastructural levels, and the application and treatment results of electroacupuncture in AD were expounded. While affirming the curative effect of electroacupuncture, it is pointed out that the animal experimental research on electroacupuncture for AD needs to be further deepened in the aspects of diagnostic criteria, basis of acupoint selection, combination of experiments in vivo and in vitro, and evaluation criteria of therapeutic effect.
