【摘要】：正药物依赖是一种以强迫性觅药为特征的慢性、复发性脑疾病~[1,2]。世界卫生组织将药物依赖分为精神依赖和身体依赖。精神依赖又称为心理依赖,是指药物使人产生一种心理满足、愉快的感觉,因而需要定期地或连续地使用它以保持那种舒适感或者为了避免不舒服。凡能引起令人愉快意识状态的药物即可引起精神依赖。引起精神依赖的药物种类很多,其中阿片类药物(如吗啡)是典型的一类。有研究表
[Abstract]:Positive drug dependence is a chronic, recurrent brain disease characterized by obsessive-compulsive drug seeking. The World Health Organization divides drug dependence into mental and physical dependence. Mental dependence, also known as psychological dependence, refers to drugs that produce a feeling of psychological satisfaction, pleasure, and therefore need to be used regularly or continuously to maintain that sense of comfort or to avoid discomfort. Any drug that causes a pleasant state of consciousness can cause mental dependence.
