支持性音乐与想象方法对创伤儿童行为改善的个案研究

【摘要】:个案描述了一个经历过大地震的男孩,在地震过后仍然存在情绪和人际交往障碍等问题。治疗师对其进行6次音乐治疗,主要应用了支持性音乐与想象方法帮助儿童增强自我意识,从而改善他的情绪和行为,减少创伤反应。在治疗前,该患儿创伤量表中各项分值均高于同年龄的众多儿童(94分),而儿童自我意识量表则刚刚在标准值的边缘(46分,自我意识水平偏低)。治疗后,创伤量表降为78分,自我意识量表分值则升高至64分。
[Abstract]:The case describes a boy who experienced a major earthquake and still had emotional and interpersonal problems after the earthquake. The therapist performed six music treatments on him, mainly using supportive music and imagination methods to help children enhance their self-awareness, thereby improving their emotions and behaviors, and reducing traumatic reactions. Before treatment, the scores of trauma scale were higher than that of many children of the same age, while the self-awareness scale was just on the edge of the standard value (46 points, the level of self-consciousness was low). After treatment, the trauma scale decreased to 78 and the self-consciousness scale increased to 64.
