心脏神经官能症患者血清同型半胱氨酸和脂联素水平变化研究

【摘要】:[目的]通过观察心脏神经官能症(cardiac neurosis, CN)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine, HCY)和脂联素(adiponectin, APN)的水平变化,探讨血清HCY与APN水平和CN的关系,为CN的进一步诊治研究奠定基础。 [方法]选取我院CN患者(CN组)29例,男14例,女15例,平均年龄为(54.40+9.77)岁,选择同期来我院就诊的冠心病患者(CHD组)30例,男、女各15例,平均年龄为(57.80±9.57)岁,来我院进行健康体检者(对照组)29例,男13例,女16例,平均年龄为(55.30±9.56)岁。所有入选者取空腹外周静脉血5mL,取上清液得血清标本。采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法分别检测29例CN患者,30例CHD患者及29名健康体检者的血清HCY和APN的水平变化,并对检测结果进行分析。实验数据采用统计学软件SPSS17.0进行比较,计量资料用均数±标准差(x±s)来表示,多组间均数比较采用方差分析,P0.05为差异有统计学意义。 [结果]3组一般资料的比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。CN组、CHD组和对照组血清HCY水平分别为(19.17±4.22)nmol/ml、(22.86±4.84)nmol/ml和(11.73±3.01)nmol/ml,APN水平分别为(9.88±1.67)mg/L、(8.64±1.41)mg/L和(11.11±1.88)mg/L,三组间两两比较均差异有统计学意义(均P0.05)。对所有研究对象进行血清HCY水平与APN水平的相关分析,显示血清HCY水平与APN水平呈负相关(r=-0.413,P0.01)。 [结论]高HCY血症和低APN血症在CN的发生发展中起到了重要作用,这为CN的进一步研究提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:[objective] to observe the changes of homocysteine (HCY) and adiponectin (APNs) in serum of patients with cardiac neurosis (CNN), and to explore the relationship between serum HCY and APN and CN, so as to lay a foundation for the further diagnosis and treatment of CN. [methods] A total of 29 patients (14 males and 15 females) with mean age of 54.409.77 years were selected from CN group in our hospital. 30 CHD patients (15 males and 15 females, mean age: 57.80 卤9.57) were selected from CHD group. There were 29 healthy persons (control group, 13 males and 16 females, mean age: 55.30 卤9.56). Fasting peripheral venous blood (5 mL) and supernatant were collected from all participants. The changes of serum HCY and APN levels in 29 patients with CN and 30 patients with CHD and 29 healthy controls were detected by Elisa and the results were analyzed. The experimental data were compared by statistical software SPSS17.0, the measurement data were expressed by mean 卤standard deviation x 卤s, and the differences between groups were statistically significant by means of ANOVA (P0.05). [results] there was no significant difference in general data among the three groups. The serum HCY levels were 19.17 卤4.22nmol / ml (22.86 卤4.84)nmol/ml) and 11.73 卤3.01nmol / ml (8.64 卤1.41)mg/L) and 11.11 卤1.88mg / L (P 0.05) in the three groups, respectively. The correlation analysis of serum HCY level and APN level showed that there was a negative correlation between serum HCY level and APN level. [conclusion] High HCY and low APN play an important role in the occurrence and development of CN, which provides a new idea for the further study of CN.
