应激条件下健康男性自主神经反应与特质焦虑的关系

【摘要】:目的探讨应激条件下健康男性自主神经反应与特质焦虑的关系。方法收集高特质焦虑者(高特质焦虑组)、低特质焦虑者(低特质焦虑组)各23名,完成1个电脑游戏任务,记录皮肤电导(皮电)、皮肤表面温度(皮温)、心率,以及心率变异性(HRV)频域成分中低频成分(LF)、高频成分(HF)和LF/HF各指标在任务阶段的变化。结果高特质焦虑组恐惧、愤怒的主观评分显著高于低特质焦虑组(P值均0.05)。维度上,高特质焦虑组的紧张度显著高于低特质焦虑组(P0.01)。高特质焦虑组与低特质焦虑组间同时间段和两组内各时间段间各项指标的差异均无统计学意义(P值均0.05)。高特质焦虑组与低特质焦虑组合并计算,基线时间段、预期时间段、应对时间段间的皮电(F=53.880)、心率(F=60.717)、LF(F=8.903)的差异均有统计学意义(P值均0.01),心率逐步加快,皮电逐步增加;预期时间段的LF值均显著高于应对时间段和基线时间段(P值均0.01),而应对时间段与基线时间段间的差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。高特质焦虑组与低特质焦虑组间在基线时间段和预期时间段的3类自主神经反应模式分布的差异均无统计学意义(P值均0.05)。结论特质焦虑影响被试者对应激任务的主观情绪体验。自主神经活动对应激任务敏感,而对特质焦虑不敏感。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between autonomic nervous response and trait anxiety in healthy male under stress. Methods 23 patients with high trait anxiety (high trait anxiety group) and 23 low trait anxiety patients (low trait anxiety group) were selected to complete a computer game task, and recorded skin conductance (skin conductance), skin surface temperature (skin temperature) and heart rate. The changes of low frequency component (LF), high frequency component (HF) and LFP / HF in the frequency domain of heart rate variability (HRV) were also discussed. Results the subjective scores of fear and anger in high trait anxiety group were significantly higher than those in low trait anxiety group (P < 0.05). In dimension, the tension of high trait anxiety group was significantly higher than that of low trait anxiety group (P0.01). There was no significant difference between the high trait anxiety group and the low trait anxiety group in the same time period and in each time period between the two groups (P < 0.05). There were significant differences between the high trait anxiety group and the low trait anxiety group (P < 0.01), the difference between baseline period, expected time period, response time interval (FN 53.880), heart rate (F = 60.717) and LF (F = 8.903) was statistically significant (P < 0.01), the heart rate increased gradually, and the electrodermic activity increased gradually. The LF value of expected time period was significantly higher than that of response time period and baseline time period (P < 0.01), but there was no significant difference between response time period and baseline time period (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the distribution of autonomic nervous response patterns between the high trait anxiety group and the low trait anxiety group at baseline and expected time (P < 0.05). Conclusion trait anxiety affects the subjective emotional experience of the subjects. Autonomic nervous activity is sensitive to stress tasks, but not to trait anxiety.
