孕期使用氯氮平或其他非典型抗精神病药对儿童早期发育的影响

【摘要】：目的:研究母孕期暴露于氯氮平或其他非典型抗精神病药对后代躯体和智能发育影响的差异。方法:招募孕期服用氯氮平或其他非典型抗精神病药的孕妇各20名,其后代出生后随访12个月。后代躯体发育指标为Ap-gar评分、身高和体重。智能发育指标为贝利婴幼儿发育量表-第三版评分。结果:两组儿童躯体发育指标间的差异均无显著性。智能发育指标中,两组儿童认知和适应行为评分的差异始终无显著性;氯氮平组在2月和6月的语言和运动评分显著低于对照组(P均0.05),但12月时,两组差异无显著性;氯氮平组儿童在各测评时点社交情感的评分均显著低于对照组(P均0.05)。结论:孕期暴露于氯氮平对后代早期智能发育的不良影响较大,部分影响会持续到出生后12个月。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the effects of clozapine or other atypical antipsychotics on somatic and intellectual development of offspring during pregnancy. Methods: 20 pregnant women who took clozapine or other atypical antipsychotics during pregnancy were recruited and their offspring were followed up for 12 months. Somatic development indexes of offspring were Ap-gar score, height and weight. The intelligence development index was the third edition of Bailey Infant Development scale. Results: there was no significant difference in somatic development between the two groups. There was no significant difference in cognitive and adaptive behavior scores between the two groups, and the scores of language and motor in clozapine group in February and June were significantly lower than those in control group (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups at 12 months. The score of social emotion in clozapine group was significantly lower than that in control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the adverse effects of clozapine exposure during pregnancy on the early intellectual development of offspring were significant, and some of the effects would last until 12 months after birth.
