基于改进的视觉CPT范式对注意缺陷多动障碍患儿额区ERPs的研究

【摘要】:采用事件相关电位(ERPs)来研究注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)患儿在选择注意任务下额区的神经活动。实验采用高密度的脑电采集仪来记录受试在执行改进的视觉持续性操作测试(Visual-CPT)范式下的ERPs,12名患儿(ADHD组)及13名健康儿童(对照组)参加本次试验。在Go和No-go条件下,分别对两组受试的行为学及ERPs进行分析和比较,并对结果进行双样本t检验。结果发现,ADHD组在实验过程中表现得较差,漏报率和错误率明显增加,而且反应时间明显延长;无论是Go条件还是No-go条件,潜伏期未见显著性差异,但是ADHD组相比对照组在额区表现出幅值显著低的N2成分(P0.05);此外,ADHD组在No-go条件下具有幅值显著高的P2成分(P0.05)。结果表明,ADHD患儿在认知功能执行中产生障碍,而这种障碍可能与其额叶区域的ERPs波形幅值异常有关。
[Abstract]:Event-related potentials (ERPs) were used to study the neural activity in the frontal area under selective attention task in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). A high-density EEG apparatus was used to record 12 children (ADHD group) and 13 healthy children (control group) who performed the improved Visual Sustainability Operation Test (visual-CPT) paradigm. In the condition of go and No-go, the behavior and ERPs of the two groups were analyzed and compared, and the results were tested by double-sample t-test. The results showed that the ADHD group showed a poor performance in the course of the experiment, the rate of missing report and the error rate increased obviously, and the reaction time was prolonged obviously, and there was no significant difference in the latency between the go and No-go conditions, and there was no significant difference in the latency between the two groups. But compared with the control group, ADHD group showed significantly lower amplitude of N2 component (P0.05); in addition, ADHD group had significantly higher amplitude P2 component in No-go condition (P0.05). The results showed that children with ADHD had cognitive dysfunction, which might be related to the abnormal amplitude of ERPs in the frontal lobe.
