复方海蛇胶囊对老年痴呆患者血清甲状腺激素、细胞炎症因子和血凝指标的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨复方海蛇胶囊对老年痴呆患者血清甲状腺激素、细胞炎症因子和血凝指标水平的影响。方法选择老年痴呆患者40例。入组受试患者采用常规治疗,包括抗血小板、降脂药物、降压药物及钙拮抗剂等,在常规基础上结合复方海蛇胶囊,连续治疗2个月。比较治疗前、治疗后1个月及治疗后2个月生活能力和认知功能改善、血清甲状腺激素、细胞炎症因子及血凝指标水平变化。结果治疗后1个月和2个月老年痴呆生活量表(QOL-AD)和简易智能状态量表(MMSE)评分明显高于治疗前,且治疗后2个月明显高于治疗后1个月(P0.05);治疗后1个月和2个月三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、游离T3(FT3)、甲状腺素(T4)、游离T4(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)含量明显高于治疗前,且治疗后2个月明显高于治疗后1个月(P0.05);治疗后1个月和2个月白细胞介素(IL)-1和IL-6含量明显低于治疗前,且治疗后2个月明显低于治疗后1个月(P0.05);治疗后1个月和2个月纤维蛋白原(Fib)和D-二聚体(D-D)含量明显低于治疗前,且治疗后2个月明显低于治疗后1个月(P0.05)。结论复方海蛇胶囊对老年痴呆患者可提高血清甲状腺激素水平,改善细胞炎症和血凝指标水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of compound Hydra capsule on serum thyroid hormone, cytokine and blood coagulation in senile dementia patients. Methods 40 cases of senile dementia were selected. Patients in the group were treated with routine therapy, including antiplatelet, lipid-lowering drugs, hypotensive drugs and calcium antagonists, on the basis of routine therapy combined with compound Hydra capsule for 2 months. The changes of life ability and cognitive function, serum thyroid hormone, cytokines and blood coagulation were compared before, 1 month after treatment and 2 months after treatment. Results the scores of QOL-AD and MMSE at 1 and 2 months after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment. The levels of triiodothyronine (T3), free T3 (FT3), thyroxine (T4), free T4 (FT4), thyrotropin (TSH) were significantly higher than those before treatment at 1 and 2 months after treatment (P0.05). The levels of interleukin (IL)-1 and IL-6 were significantly lower at 2 months after treatment than at 1 month after treatment (P0.05), and significantly lower than those before treatment at 1 month and 2 months after treatment. The levels of fibrinogen (Fib) and D-dimer (D-D) were significantly lower in 1 month and 2 months after treatment than before treatment and 2 months after treatment (P0.05), and the levels of fibrinogen (Fib) and D-dimer (D-D) in 2 months after treatment were significantly lower than those in 1 month after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion compound Haishen capsule can improve serum thyroid hormone level, cell inflammation and blood coagulation index in senile dementia patients.
