元认知干预技术治疗大学生疑病症的临床研究

【摘要】:目的:在以往研究的基础上,探讨元认知干预技术是否能够有效治愈大学生疑病症,并具体探讨治疗的效果、疗程、愈后保持等问题。 方法:选取辽宁师范大学心理咨询中心来访者中符合疑病症诊断标准的4位大学生来访者,,采用不同被试的多基线实验设计进行研究。运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、明尼苏达多相人格测验(MMPI)疑病(HS)分量表、耶鲁布朗强迫症状量表(YBOCS)的得分作为检验干预效果的量化标准,同时编制恐惧情绪自评记录表和强迫症状自评记录表记录来访者的情绪体验、典型强迫行为出现的次数作为多基线的实验指标。 结果:干预结束后,4位来访者的症状自评量表(SCL-90)测量结果显示所有异常因子得分均低于划界标准;明尼苏达多相人格测验(MMPI)疑病(HS)分量表得分均显著降低至临床标准以下;其中2位有强迫症状来访者的耶鲁布朗强迫症状量表(YBOCS)得分均低于临床入组标准。多基线图显示,来访者的恐惧情绪有明显下降趋势,另外2位来访者的典型强迫行为次数也明显下降。经过为期半年的3次定期回访,4位来访者的所有症状均无复发迹象。 结论:元认知干预技术可以有效干预大学生疑病症来访者,效果显著,同时元认知干预技术治疗大学生疑病症的疗程短、不易复发。因此,元认知干预技术是治疗大学生疑病症的一种高效方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore whether metacognitive intervention can effectively cure hypochondriasis of college students on the basis of previous studies, and to discuss the effect of treatment, course of treatment and maintenance of recovery. Methods: four college students who met the diagnostic criteria of hypochondriasis were selected from the psychological counseling center of Liaoning normal University. The scores of symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Test (MMPI) hypochondriasis (HS) and Yale Brown compulsive symptom scale (YBOCS) were used as the quantitative criteria to test the effect of intervention. At the same time, the self-assessment forms of fear and compulsive symptoms were compiled to record the emotional experience of the visitors, and the frequency of typical compulsive behaviors was used as the experimental index of multiple baselines. Results: the results of symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) showed that the scores of all abnormal factors were lower than the demarcation criteria, and the scores of Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Test (MMPI) hypochondriac scale (HS) were significantly lower than the clinical standard. The Yale Brown obsessive-compulsive symptom scale (YBOCS) of 2 patients with obsessive-compulsive symptoms was lower than the clinical admission criteria. The polybasic graph showed that the fear mood of the visitors had a significant downward trend, and the number of typical compulsive behaviors of the other two visitors also decreased significantly. All symptoms showed no signs of relapse after three regular visits for half a year. Conclusion: metacognitive intervention technique can effectively intervene the visitors of college students' hypochondriasis, and the course of treatment of college students' hypochondriasis by metacognitive intervention technique is short and not easy to recur. Therefore, metacognitive intervention is an effective method to treat hypochondriasis of college students.
