舒肝解郁胶囊与舍曲林治疗老年抑郁症的对照研究

【摘要】：目的比较舒肝解郁胶囊与舍曲林治疗老年抑郁症的疗效与安全性。方法 90例老年抑郁症患者随机分为两组,其中舒肝解郁胶囊组45例,舍曲林组45例,观察期为6周,使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和不良反应量表(TESS)分别于治疗前、治疗后第2、4、6周末评估2组的疗效和不良反应。结果经过6周治疗,显效率和有效率舒肝解郁胶囊组分别为66.67%,86.67%,舍曲林组分别为68.89%,88.89%,组间差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。2组患者治疗后不同时段HAMD评分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),两组间HAMD评分减分率比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。舒肝解郁胶囊组常见不良反应为头昏、恶心、嗜睡等;舍曲林组不良反应有口干、便秘、腹泻、头昏等。两组的不良反应均较轻微,患者能够耐受。结论舒肝解郁胶囊治疗老年抑郁症疗效与舍曲林相似,安全性好。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the efficacy and safety of Shugan Jieyu capsule and sertraline in the treatment of senile depression. Methods 90 patients with senile depression were randomly divided into two groups: Shugan Jieyu capsule group (45 cases) and sertraline group (45 cases). The observation period was 6 weeks. Hamilton Depression scale (Hamd) and adverse reaction scale (Tess) were used before treatment. Efficacy and adverse reactions were evaluated at the end of 6 th week after treatment. Results after 6 weeks treatment, the significant and effective rates of Shugan Jieyu capsule group were 66.67 and 86.67, respectively, and those of sertraline group were 68.89 and 88.89, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P0.05), there was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). The common adverse reactions of Shugan Jieyu capsule group were dizziness, nausea, drowsiness, and sertraline group had dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea, dizziness and so on. The adverse reactions in both groups were mild and the patients were able to tolerate them. Conclusion Shugan Jieyu capsule is similar to sertraline in the treatment of senile depression.
