奥尔夫音乐治疗对精神分裂症康复患者的作用

【摘要】：目的研究奥尔夫音乐治疗对精神分裂症康复期患者的作用。方法 74例精神分裂症康复期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。参加治疗组的患者,每周1、3、5到康复中心参加治疗,每次治疗持续1.5h,8周为1个疗程。采用韦氏成人智力量表、韦氏记忆量表、阴性症状评定量表(SANS)、社会功能缺陷量表(SDSS)在治疗前、治疗后进行评定。结果治疗前两组韦氏智力、韦氏记忆、社会功能缺陷量表、阴性症状量表总分和各因子分差异无统计学意义。经奥尔夫音乐治疗8周后,治疗组患者的韦氏智力、韦氏记忆得分较治疗前有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),SANS量表总分和各因子分均较治疗前减少,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),SDSS量表评分减少,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组在开始时与8周后对比分数均无明显改变。组间比较,治疗组在治疗后韦氏智力、韦氏记忆得分较对照组提高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),SANS量表总分及各因子分均较对照组减少明显,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),SDSS量表除注意障碍外,总分及因子分均较对照组减少,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论奥尔夫音乐治疗对于精神分裂症康复期患者有效。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of Orff music therapy on patients with schizophrenia. Methods 74 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The patients in the treatment group were treated at the rehabilitation center at 1: 3 times a week for 1. 5 hours and 8 weeks as a course of treatment. Wechsler Adult Intelligence scale, Wechsler memory scale and negative symptom scale (SANS), Social function deficit scale (SDSS) were used to evaluate before and after treatment. Results before treatment, there were no significant differences in Wechsler intelligence, Wechsler memory, social function impairment scale, total score of negative symptom scale and every factor score between the two groups. After 8 weeks of Orff music therapy, Wechsler intelligence and Wechsler memory scores of the patients in the treatment group were higher than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05) the total score and each factor score of sans scale were decreased compared with those before treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the score of SDSS was decreased, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant change in the scores of the control group at the beginning and after 8 weeks. The scores of Wechsler intelligence and Wechsler memory in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). The scores of total scores and factors of sans scale were significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05) except attention disorder. The total score and factor score were decreased compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Orff music therapy is effective for patients with schizophrenia.
