齐拉西酮辅助治疗老年重症精神分裂患者认知功能的效果及对血清脑源性神经生长因子水平的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨齐拉西酮辅助治疗老年重症精神分裂患者认知功能的疗效及对血清脑源性神经生长因子水平的影响。方法重症精神分裂老年患者106例,按随机数字表法分组,对照组53例予以奥氮平治疗,研究组53例予以齐拉西酮联合奥氮平治疗,评定认知功能,采血检测血清相关指标、炎症指标,同时对比临床疗效及并发症。结果对照组治疗有效率75.47%,低于研究组90.57%(P0.05);与对照组比较,研究组治疗后神经认知功能状况改善更显著,治疗后血清神经生长因子(NGF)、脑源性神经生长因子(BDNF)水平升高,血清胶质纤维酸性蛋白因子(GFAP)水平降低,治疗后血清白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-6及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α水平升高(P0.05)。结论采用齐拉西酮辅助治疗老年重症精神分裂患者疗效显著,对认知功能、血清BDNF水平有改善作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of ziprasidone on cognitive function and the level of brain-derived nerve growth factor (BGF) in elderly patients with severe schizophrenia. Methods 106 elderly patients with severe schizophrenia were randomly divided into control group (53 cases) treated with olanzapine and study group (53 cases) treated with ziprasidone combined with olanzapine. Inflammatory indexes were compared with clinical efficacy and complications. Results the effective rate of treatment in the control group was 75.47%, which was lower than that in the study group (90.57%, P0.05). Compared with the control group, the neurocognitive function in the study group was improved significantly, and the level of brain-derived nerve growth factor (BDNF) in serum nerve growth factor (NGF), was increased after treatment. The level of serum glial fibrillary acidic protein factor (GFAP) was decreased, and the levels of interleukin (IL) (IL)-2 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-伪 were increased after treatment (P0.05). Conclusion Ziprasidone is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with severe schizophrenia. It can improve cognitive function and serum BDNF level.
