枸橼酸坦度螺酮联合SSRIs治疗伴焦虑状态的抑郁症患者的疗效和对性功能的影响

【摘要】：目的:研究枸橼酸坦度螺酮联合5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRIs)治疗伴焦虑状态的抑郁症患者的疗效和对性功能的影响。方法:将符合入组标准的100例患者随机分为实验组(50例)和对照组(50例),对照组予以口服SSRIs,实验组在此基础上予以口服枸橼酸坦度螺酮,2组均连续治疗6周,在入组时及治疗第2、4、6周后分别采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定2组疗效,并根据HAMD第14项评定药物对性功能的影响情况。结果:治疗的第2、4、6周,2组的HAMD评分、HAMA评分均有降低,而实验组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。服药期间对照组的性功能障碍发生率明显高于实验组。结论:枸橼酸坦度螺酮联合SSRIs治疗伴有焦虑状态的抑郁症患者具有疗效高、对性功能影响小的优点,值得推广。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the efficacy and sexual function of tandoxone citrate combined with serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRIs) in the treatment of depression with anxiety. Methods: 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). The control group was treated with oral SSRIs, for 6 weeks. Hamilton Depression scale (HAMD),) and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) were used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups at the time of entry and 6 weeks after treatment, and the effects of drugs on sexual function were evaluated according to item 14 of HAMD. Results: the HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group at the 2nd week of the 4th week (P0.05), while the Hama scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). The incidence of sexual dysfunction in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group. Conclusion: the combination of tandoxone citrate and SSRIs in the treatment of depression with anxiety state has the advantages of high curative effect and little influence on sexual function, so it is worth popularizing.
