CYP3A4和CYP2D6基因多态性与美沙酮维持治疗反应的关联研究

【摘要】:目的探讨CYP3A4和CYP2 D6基因多态性与海洛因成瘾者美沙酮维持治疗反应的关联性。方法随机选取6所美沙酮维持治疗门诊中进行维持治疗的海洛因成瘾者作为研究对象,收集研究对象的一般社会人口学特征,相关吸毒史和美沙酮维持治疗信息,并收集外周血测定CYP3A4和CYP2 D6多态位点的基因型。结果共纳入研究对象820例。其中,治疗反应好组210例,治疗反应差组610例。不同治疗反应组间治疗者的年龄比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。CYP3A4 rs2242480和CYP2 D6 rs16947在治疗反应好组和治疗反应差组间的基因型频率分布和等位基因频率分布差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论尚未发现CYP3A4rs2242480和CYP2 D6 rs16947与治疗反应有关联。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the association between CYP3A4 and CYP2 D6 gene polymorphisms and methadone maintenance response in heroin addicts. Methods six heroin addicts undergoing maintenance therapy in methadone maintenance clinic were randomly selected as the study subjects. The general demographic characteristics of the subjects, the history of drug abuse and the information of methadone maintenance therapy were collected. The genotypes of CYP3A4 and CYP2 D6 polymorphic loci were collected from peripheral blood. Results A total of 820 subjects were included. There were 210 cases in the good response group and 610 cases in the poor response group. There was no significant difference in genotype frequency distribution and allele frequency distribution of CYP3A4 rs2242480 and CYP2 D6 rs16947 between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion CYP3A4rs2242480 and CYP2 D 6 rs16947 have not been found to be associated with the therapeutic response.
