[Abstract]:Positive Alzheimer's disease (AD) is not only a difficult point in modern medicine, but also a hot spot in geriatrics. Morris water maze was designed and applied to study the brain mechanism of learning and memory at the beginning of 1981. It has become a classical method for evaluating animal learning and memory in the basic research of AD. However, in the existing literature at home and abroad, there are great differences in the selection of Morris water maze experimental animals, the determination of experimental indicators, data statistics and other aspects, which may lead to the waste of resources and the increase of experimental costs, resulting in experimental results and conclusions.
