社区老年人抑郁症状与认知功能的相关性

【摘要】：目的分析老年人抑郁症状与认知功能的相关关系。方法在长沙市某社区筛选出108例具有轻中度抑郁症状的老年人,使用老年抑郁量表(GDS)、简易精神状态量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)北京版测量抑郁症状和认知功能,分析抑郁症状与认知功能的相关性。结果 GDS得分为(16.36±3.96)分;MMSE得分为(24.84±2.65)分;MoCA得分为(20.62±2.99)分,其中7个认知域的得分依次为:视空间与执行功能维度(2.74±1.29)分,命名维度(2.68±0.56)分,注意维度(4.91±1.04)分,语言维度(1.95±0.71)分,抽象维度(0.76±0.79)分,延迟回忆维度(1.88±1.27)分,定向维度(5.60±0.59)分。Pearson相关分析结果显示:GDS总分与Mo CA总分、视空间执行功能、注意、语言得分呈负相关(P0.01,P0.05)。结论需要加强医护人员及家属对老年人抑郁症状的认识,积极采取干预措施,以延缓认知功能的减退。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between depression and cognitive function in the elderly. Methods one hundred and eight elderly patients with mild and moderate depressive symptoms were selected from a community in Changsha. The depression symptoms and cognitive function were measured by (MMSE), Montreal Cognitive Assessment scale (MoCA) Beijing version. To analyze the correlation between depression and cognitive function. Results the GDS score was (16.36 卤3.96), the MMSE score was (24.84 卤2.65), the MoCA score was (20.62 卤2.99), the scores of the seven cognitive domains were (2.74 卤1.29), the naming dimension (2.68 卤0.56), the attention dimension (4.91 卤1.04), the language dimension (1.95 卤0.71), the abstract dimension (0.76 卤0.79). Delayed recall dimension (1.88 卤1.27) and directional dimension (5.60 卤0.59). The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of GDS was negatively correlated with the total score of Mo CA, visual spatial executive function, attention and language score (P0.05). Conclusion it is necessary to strengthen the understanding of depressive symptoms among medical staff and their families and to take active intervention measures to delay the decline of cognitive function.
