[Abstract]:With the further study of neural loop, the structure and function of nucleus accumbens is more and more recognized. It is a substructure of basal ganglia and plays an important role in the regulation of neural loop. In particular, the importance of nucleus accumbens has been recognized in numerous studies of reward and addictive behavior loops. In recent years, researchers in neuropsychiatry have shifted their research on nucleus accumbens to the regulation of emotion and cognitive behavior.
