反社会型人格障碍的形成机制:素质与环境的交互作用

【摘要】:反社会型人格障碍作为人格障碍的常见类型,已经成为犯罪学、心理学及精神病学共同关注的焦点,主要以冷酷无情、冲动性、攻击性和低责任感等为特征,对社会危害较大。以素质-环境因素的交互作用为线索,综述了神经生物学相关理论、遗传、脑结构与功能等素质因素以及家庭教养方式这种环境因素中的童年期创伤经历在反社会型人格障碍共情和羞耻感中的作用机制,旨在为深入揭示反社会型人格障碍的病理机制提供系统而详实的理论基础。
[Abstract]:As a common type of personality disorder, antisocial personality disorder has become the focus of common concern in criminology, psychology and psychiatry. It is characterized by ruthlessness, impulsion, aggression and low responsibility, which is harmful to society. Based on the interaction of diathesis and environmental factors, the related theories of neurobiology, heredity and neurobiology are reviewed. The role of childhood traumatic experiences in the environmental factors such as brain structure and function, as well as family rearing style, in empathy and shame in antisocial personality disorders, The aim is to provide a systematic and detailed theoretical basis for further revealing the pathological mechanism of antisocial personality disorder.
