双相障碍共病躯体疾病与代谢—炎症的关系

【摘要】：研究背景:双相障碍与慢性弱炎症反应、躯体疾病共病有关,共病现象能降低患者生活质量。代谢-炎症改变被假定是双相障碍与躯体疾病共病之间的主要联系之一,但目前很少有研究探索这种联系可能的机制。本文旨在:(1)总结能促进双相障碍和躯体疾病共病间联系的代谢性炎症改变的证据;(2)讨论针对相关代谢性炎症改变的治疗和预防方法。
[Abstract]:Background: bipolar disorder is associated with chronic weak inflammation and syndromes of somatic diseases, which can reduce the quality of life of patients. Metabolic and inflammatory changes are assumed to be one of the main links between bipolar disorders and syndromes of somatic diseases, but little research has been done to explore the possible mechanisms of this association. The purpose of this paper is to: (1) summarize the evidence of metabolic inflammation associated with bipolar disorder and somatic diseases; (2) discuss the treatment and prevention of metabolic inflammation.
