土党参多糖对半乳糖联合三氯化铝致阿尔茨海默病小鼠脑损伤的影响

【摘要】:目的研究土党参多糖(CJP)对D-半乳糖联合三氯化铝所致小鼠脑神经损伤的影响。方法采用皮下注射D-半乳糖联合灌胃三氯化铝造成小鼠神经系统损伤。以小鼠学习记忆成绩、脑组织中的丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)及乙酰胆碱(Ach)等含量变化为考察指标,考察CJP对脑损伤小鼠的影响。结果与模型组比较,CJP能改善脑损伤小鼠的学习记忆,提高脑中GSH、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量,降低脑中NO和MDA水平。结论 CJP对D-半乳糖联合三氯化铝所致的小鼠脑损伤有一定的改善作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of Polysaccharide (CJP) of Codonopsis pilosula on brain nerve injury induced by D-galactose and aluminum trichloride in mice. Methods the nerve system injury was induced by subcutaneous injection of D-galactose and intragastric administration of aluminum chloride. The changes of malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (MDA), glutathione (GSH) and acetylcholine (Ach) in brain tissue were used as indexes to investigate the effect of CJP on brain injury in mice. Results compared with the model group, CJP could improve the learning and memory of brain injury mice, increase the (SOD) content of GSH, superoxide dismutase, and decrease the levels of NO and MDA in the brain. Conclusion CJP can improve the brain injury induced by D-galactose and aluminum trichloride in mice.
