会所模式对稳定期精神分裂症患者情绪调节能力的影响

【摘要】：目的探讨会所模式对稳定期精神分裂症患者情绪调节能力的影响。方法选取96例符合ICD-10精神分裂症的诊断标准,单一维持期用药治疗患者,分为对照组和会所组各48例,对照组采用单一维持期用药进行治疗,会所组在采取药物常规治疗基础上,同时参与会所的日常活动安排,疗程为12周。以阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、情绪智力量表(EIS)对患者进行疗效评估。结果 12周后,组内对比会所组PANSS各项评分与0周相比显著下降(P0.05),会所组显著低于对照组各项因子评分,且差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。另在EIS总分和各项因子评分上,会所组均显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论会所模式对稳定期精神分裂症患者症状和情绪调节能力具有改善作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of clubhouse model on mood regulation in patients with stable schizophrenia. Methods 96 patients with schizophrenia who met the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10 were divided into two groups: control group (n = 48) and control group (n = 48), and the control group (n = 48) was treated with single maintenance drug. On the basis of routine drug therapy, the clubhouse group participated in the daily activities of the club, and the course of treatment was 12 weeks. The positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS), emotional intelligence scale (EIS) was used to evaluate the curative effect of the patients. Results after 12 weeks, the PANSS scores in the intra-group were significantly lower than those in the 0-week group (P0.05), and were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). On the other hand, the total score of EIS and the scores of each factor in the group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the model can improve the symptoms and mood regulation ability of schizophrenic patients in stable period.
