当飞利肝宁片治疗抗精神病药物所致轻度肝功能损伤疗效观察

【摘要】：目的观察当飞利肝宁片治疗精神病药物所致肝功能损伤的疗效。方法将服用抗精神病药物导致轻度肝功能损伤的80例住院精神病患者随机分为当飞利肝宁片治疗组(治疗组,40例)和护肝片治疗组(对照组,40例),治疗组口服当飞利肝宁片,每次2片,每天3次;对照组口服护肝片,每次4片,每天3次,两组均治疗4周。观察治疗前及治疗1、2、4周后ALT、AST变化情况,比较两组疗效。结果与本组前一时间点比较,两组治疗1、2、4周ALT、AST逐渐降低(P0.05)。治疗组治愈率、总有效率分别为72.5%、97.5%,对照组治愈率、总有效率分别为62.5%、90.0%,两组治愈率及总有效率差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论当飞利肝宁片可以安全有效地治疗抗精神病药物所致肝功能损伤。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy of Dangfei Liganning tablets in the treatment of liver function injury caused by psychotic drugs. Methods 80 inpatients with mild liver function injury caused by antipsychotic drugs were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 40) and Hugan tablet treatment group (n = 40). The treatment group was treated with Dangfeili Ganning tablets, 2 tablets at a time, 3 times a day. The control group took oral Hugan tablets, 4 tablets at a time, 3 times a day, both groups were treated for 4 weeks. The changes of ALT,AST were observed before treatment and 1, 2 weeks after treatment, and the curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results compared with the previous time point, the ALT,AST of the two groups decreased gradually at 1, 2 and 4 weeks (P 0.05). The cure rate and total effective rate were 72.5% and 97.5% in the treatment group and 62.5% and 90.0% in the control group, respectively. there was no significant difference in the cure rate and the total effective rate between the two groups (P 0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion Dangfei Ganning tablets can safely and effectively treat liver function damage caused by antipsychotic drugs.
