社交网站体像比较与抑郁的关系:体像满意度与自尊的链式中介作用

【摘要】:目的:探讨大学生社交网站体像比较与抑郁的关系,以及体像满意度及自尊在二者关系中的作用机制。方法:采用社交网站体像比较问卷、体像满意度问卷、自尊量表及流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)对515名大学生进行施测。结果:(1)社交网站体像比较与抑郁呈显著正相关,而与体像满意度和自尊均呈显著负相关;体像满意度与抑郁呈显著负相关,而与自尊呈显著正相关;自尊与抑郁呈显著负相关;(2)社交网站体像比较不仅能够直接正向显著预测抑郁,而且能够通过三条间接路径对抑郁产生影响:体像满意度的单独中介作用、自尊的单独中介作用以及体像满意度和自尊的链式中介作用。结论:大学生社交网站体像比较能够通过体像满意度和自尊的部分中介作用对抑郁产生影响。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between body image comparison and depression on college students' social networking sites, and the mechanism of body image satisfaction and self-esteem in the relationship between them. Methods: 515 college students were tested with social networking site body image comparison questionnaire, body image satisfaction questionnaire, self-esteem scale and flow center depression scale (CES-D). Results: (1) there was a significant positive correlation between body image comparison and depression, but a significant negative correlation between body image satisfaction and self-esteem, a significant negative correlation between body image satisfaction and depression, a significant positive correlation between body image satisfaction and self-esteem, and a significant negative correlation between self-esteem and depression. (2) body image comparison of social networking sites can not only predict depression directly and significantly, but also have an impact on depression through three indirect pathways: the individual mediating effect of body image satisfaction, the separate intermediary role of self-esteem and the chain intermediary role of body image satisfaction and self-esteem. Conclusion: the body image of college students' social networking sites can affect depression through the mediating effect of body image satisfaction and self-esteem.
