接纳承诺疗法在青少年心理健康促进中的应用与展望

【摘要】：接纳承诺疗法(ACT)是近20年新兴起的一种认知行为疗法,由接纳、认知解离、关注当下、以己为景、明确价值和承诺行动六个核心过程组成,共同促进个体心理灵活性的提升。ACT应用于青少年心理应激、抑郁、焦虑、神经性厌食症、慢性疼痛、危险行为、学习障碍等身心行为问题的辅助治疗,能有效缓解个体消极情绪、帮助个体恢复社会功能、提高生命质量。对ACT六大治疗过程的研究、试验方法和测评工具的发展、研究范围的扩大以及依据青少年特征对ACT进行适应性改编是未来研究发展的方向。
[Abstract]:Acceptance commitment therapy (ACT) is a new cognitive behavioral therapy in the past 20 years, which is composed of six core processes: acceptance, cognitive detachment, attention to the present, clear value and commitment action, so as to promote the improvement of individual psychological flexibility. ACT is applied to the auxiliary treatment of psychological stress, depression, anxiety, anorexia nervosa, chronic pain, dangerous behavior, learning disorder and other physical and mental behavior problems in adolescents, such as psychological stress, depression, anxiety, anorexia nervosa, chronic pain, dangerous behavior, learning disorder and so on. It can effectively alleviate the negative emotion of the individual, help the individual restore the social function, and improve the quality of life. The research on the six treatment processes, the development of test methods and evaluation tools, the expansion of the scope of research and the adaptation of ACT according to the characteristics of adolescents are the research directions in the future.
