网络成瘾患者神经递质的脑电超慢涨落研究

【摘要】:目的:利用脑电超慢涨落技术,检测住院网络成瘾青少年脑内神经递质的变化,对揭示网络成瘾的生理因素有一定的帮助,为临床网络成瘾的诊断及疗效判定提供一些客观指标。 方法:采用症状自评量表对北京军区总医院符合陶氏网络成瘾诊断标准的青少年网络成瘾患者进行测查。然后在网络成瘾患者接受心理药物治疗前(入院一周之内),采用ML2001型脑电超慢涨落分析仪(北京同仁光电技术公司生产)对其进行脑电超慢涨落图的检查。完成整个检查大约需要1个小时。首先将网络成瘾患者症状自评量表的相关指标与全国青年常模用t检验进行统计分析。然后将获得的脑电信号进行普通脑电图分析,最后将脑电信号经窗口设置、频谱分析、优势谱提取、时空精细结构等分析,然后将测试数据在计算机上进行转换,用FoxPro6.0数据库软件进行处理。 结果:网络成瘾患者SCL-90量表测查结果显示:躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性和总均分及阳性项目数均高于全国青年常模,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。网络成瘾患者的波主波以10Hz为主,波能量主要分布在10Hz上。网络成瘾患者的脑功能以深抑制为主。网络成瘾患者脑内神经递质r-氨基丁酸、多巴胺、5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素、谷氨酸的含量显著低于正常值(P0.05),抑制性递质的含量显著高于正常值(P0.05)。 结论:(1)网络成瘾患者存在强迫、抑郁、焦虑等身心症状(2)网络成瘾患者的脑功能状态主要以深抑制为主。(3)网络成瘾患者的α波有慢化的趋势。(4)网络成瘾患者脑内的谷氨酸,多巴胺,r-氨基丁酸、5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素的含量比正常人低,抑制性递质含量较高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to detect the changes of neurotransmitters in the brain of hospitalized teenagers with Internet addiction by using the ultra-slow fluctuation technique of EEG, which is helpful to reveal the physiological factors of Internet addiction and to provide some objective indexes for the diagnosis and curative effect judgment of Internet addiction in clinic. Methods: symptom Checklist (symptom Checklist) was used to detect the adolescent patients with Internet addiction who met the diagnostic criteria of Dow's Internet addiction in Beijing military region General Hospital. Then the patients with Internet addiction were examined by ML2001 EEG ultra-slow fluctuation analyzer (produced by Beijing Tongren Optoelectronic Technology Company) before receiving psychotherapy (within one week of admission). It takes about an hour to complete the whole inspection. Firstly, the related indexes of symptom Checklist for Internet Addiction patients and the national youth norm were statistically analyzed by t test. Then the obtained EEG signals are analyzed by ordinary electroencephalogram (EEG). Finally, the EEG signals are analyzed by window setting, spectrum analysis, dominant spectrum extraction, space-time fine structure and so on, and then the test data are converted on the computer and processed with FoxPro6.0 database software. Results: the results of SCL- 90 scale in patients with Internet addiction showed that somatization, obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia, paranoid ideation, psychosis, total mean score and the number of positive items were significantly higher than those of the national youth norm (P 0.05). 10Hz is the main wave in patients with Internet addiction, and wave energy is mainly distributed on 10Hz. Deep inhibition is the main brain function in patients with Internet addiction. The contents of neurotransmitters r-aminobutyric acid, dopamine, 5-hydroxytryptamine, norepinephrine and glutamic acid in the brain of patients with Internet addiction were significantly lower than the normal value (P 0.05), and the contents of inhibitory transmitters were significantly higher than the normal value (P 0.05). Conclusion: (1) there are physical and mental symptoms such as obsessive-compulsive, depression, anxiety and so on. (2) the brain function of Internet addicts is mainly deeply suppressed. (3) the 伪 wave of Internet addicts tends to slow down. (4) the contents of glutamic acid, dopamine, raminobutyric acid, 5-hydroxytryptamine and norepinephrine in the brain of Internet addicts are lower than those of normal subjects, and the contents of inhibitory transmitters are higher.
