脂肪酸与阿尔茨海默症关系的研究进展

由于目前对于阿尔茨海默氏症没有非常有效的治疗方法,因此营养疗法有望成为预防或减缓其进展的一种途径。脂类的作用不仅是作为衰老和中枢神经系统相关变化的生物标志物,而且在这些过程中起着直接的调节作用,饮食中的脂肪酸通过不同的机制在阿尔茨海默症(AD)的病理生理中发挥重要作用。本文对脂肪酸与AD的关系及其作用机制的最新进展进行了综述。
