MEAW技术在成人正畸治疗中的应用

目的:成人错牙合畸形矫治不同于青少年及儿童,其特殊性和复杂性往往导致成人正畸治疗难度明显增加,如伴有Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类、开牙合、深覆牙合、下颌偏斜等骨性各错牙合。本文通过分析两例伴有开成人错牙合畸形患者应用MEAW技术治疗,了解并探究MEAW技术的治疗要点,为正畸临床治疗选择治疗方案提供参考。方法:对两例成人错牙合畸形病例进行报告,一例为24岁男性,主诉关节疼痛,检查为骨性Ⅲ类错牙合,下颌左偏,前牙开牙合,左侧尖牙反牙合及左侧颞下颌关节疼痛。治疗方案为通过MEAW技术配合弹性牵引直立牙齿获得间隙,排齐整平牙列,建立良好的覆牙合覆盖关系。经过MEAW治疗后,患者侧貌得到了改善。笑线与下唇线一致,颏部稍向左偏,左侧颞下颌关节间隙增大,关节症状消失。前牙开牙合解除,覆牙合覆盖达到正常,咬合关系基本改善。另一例是19岁女性,主诉牙齿不齐,检查为骨性Ⅱ类错牙合,下颌右偏,下颌后缩,深覆牙合深覆盖。治疗方案为先用牙合垫来打开咬合,去除牙合干扰,MEAW技术配合弹性牵引直立牙齿及调整咬合关系,并引导下颌向前,实现正常的覆牙合覆盖关系。治疗完成后,患者侧貌得到了改善,下颌向前并向左侧移动,颏部稍向右偏,双侧颞...
