基于GIS的陕西省SARS监测与控制决策信息系统的初步构建

【摘要】:随着人类社会现代化进程的加速,受诸多因素的影响,一系列新传染病相继出现或被发现。2002年11月暴发的SARS疫情迅速在全球蔓延流行。SARS的潜伏期短,平均潜伏期5天(2-10天),病死率高,WHO估计为11%(0%-50%),人群普遍易感,传播迅速,对人类的健康和社会稳定造成严重威胁。这次SARS流行给我国造成了巨大的经济损失。因此加强SARS疫情监测、预警预报并及时迅速地采取预防控制措施具有非常重要的意义。当前我国的疫情报告、疾病监测时效性差,卫生信息网络覆盖面小,公共卫生信息平台建设滞后,已不能满足对重大突发公共卫生事件应急控制的需求。本研究利用软件工程技术,运用地理信息系统技术和空间分析技术,初步构建了陕西省SARS疫情监测与控制决策信息系统。 首先,本研究在航天504研究所提供的地图的基础上构建了西安市及周边地区1:5000矢量化数字地图空间数据库,对系统所需的图层进行了设计并进行了定义、布局和修饰。 本研究按照国家卫生部制定的《SARS病例个案调查表》和《SARS病例密切接触者调查表》分别设计、建立了SARS病例个案信息库和SARS
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the modernization of human society, by many factors. A series of new infectious diseases have appeared or been discovered in succession. In November 2002, the outbreak of SARS spread rapidly in the world. The incubation period was short, with an average incubation period of 5 days to 10 days). The mortality rate is high. The WHO estimate is 11% -50%. The population is generally susceptible to the disease and its spread is rapid. It is a serious threat to human health and social stability. This SARS epidemic has caused huge economic losses to our country. Therefore, the surveillance of SARS epidemic situation should be strengthened. It is very important to forecast early warning and take preventive and control measures in time. At present, the epidemic situation report in our country is poor in time of disease surveillance, and the coverage of health information network is small. The construction of public health information platform is lagging behind, which can not meet the needs of emergency control of major public health emergencies. This study uses software engineering technology, geographic information system technology and spatial analysis technology. The information system for monitoring and control of SARS epidemic situation in Shaanxi Province was preliminarily constructed. First of all, based on the map provided by the Aerospace 504 Institute, the spatial database of 1: 5000 vectorized digital map in Xi'an and its surrounding areas is constructed. The required layers of the system are designed and defined, laid out and decorated. This study was designed according to the "SARS case questionnaire" and the "SARS case close contact questionnaire" developed by the Ministry of Health. SARS case information database and SARS were established.
