湖北省京山县60年血吸虫病流行情况分析

【摘要】:目的分析湖北省京山县1956-2015年血吸虫病疫情变化规律,为传播阻断后血吸虫病防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法,收集京山县历年防治工作的疫情资料,分析螺情、病情变化趋势和规律。结果京山县血吸虫病疫情未控制阶段为24年,疫情控制阶段为5年,传播控制阶段为31年;疫情未控制阶段消灭钉螺面积2 355.51 hm~2,疫情控制阶段消灭钉螺面积32.90 hm~2,传播控制阶段钉螺面积复发50.77 hm~2;疫情未控制阶段人、畜平均感染率分别为3.37%、9.70%,疫情控制阶段人、畜平均感染率分别为0.64%、2.54%,传播控制阶段人、畜平均感染率分别为0.40%、0.68%。结论京山县钉螺面积变化呈"U"形,两端高中间低,与农村生产模式变迁、防治策略变化、控制和消除标准修订有关;耕牛感染率高于人群感染率,耕牛防治是血防工作的薄弱环节。传播阻断后应继续加强传染源控制,加大灭螺杀蚴力度,加强血防健康教育。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the changes of schistosomiasis in Jingshan County, Hubei Province from 1956 to 2015, and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of schistosomiasis after transmission interruption. Methods retrospective investigation was used to collect the data of past years of prevention and control of schistosomiasis in Jingshan County. Results the uncontrolled stage of schistosomiasis in Jingshan County was 24 years, the stage of epidemic control was 5 years, and the stage of transmission control was 31 years. The area of Oncomelania hupensis was 2 355.51 hmm-2, the area of Oncomelania in the stage of epidemic control was 32.90 hmm-2, the area of Oncomelania in the stage of transmission control was 50.77 hmm2, the average infection rate of human and livestock was 3.37 and 9.70 in the stage of epidemic control, respectively, and the average infection rate in the stage of epidemic control was 3.37 in the stage of epidemic control. The average infection rate of livestock was 0.64 and 2.54, and the average infection rate of human and animal in the stage of transmission and control was 0.40 and 0.68 respectively. Conclusion the area of Oncomelania hupensis in Jingshan County changes in the shape of "U", the height and the middle of both ends are low, and the change of production mode and control strategy in rural areas. The infection rate of cultivated cattle is higher than that of the population, and the prevention and cure of tiller is the weak link in the work of blood control. After the transmission is blocked, the control of the source of infection should be strengthened, the killing of snails and the killing of the cercariae should be strengthened, and the health education of the prevention of blood should be strengthened.
