上海市医疗机构口腔牙模消毒现况调查

【摘要】：目的了解上海市医疗机构牙模的污染消毒现况,为加强消毒管理提供参考依据。方法通过现场抽样和检测方法,对上海市96家医疗机构口腔牙模消毒状况进行调查与监测。结果所调查的医疗机构中,对牙模进行消毒的占91.7%。抽样检测528件牙模,卫生质量合格率为88.6%,有11.4%的牙模检测细菌总数超标,有1例检出金黄色葡萄球菌。口腔牙模消毒措施包括:用紫外线照射消毒占55.18%,用消毒液喷雾占18.91%,用消毒液浸泡占14.77%,用其他消毒器消毒占11.14%,其中以消毒液浸泡消毒合格率最高。结论上海市医疗机构口腔牙模消毒效果整体较低,以紫外线照射消毒最多,但用消毒液浸泡消毒效果最好。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the status of dental model contamination and disinfection in medical institutions in Shanghai, and to provide reference for strengthening disinfection management. The disinfection status of dental models in 96 medical institutions in Shanghai was investigated and monitored. Results among the medical institutions investigated, 91.7% disinfected the dental models. 528 dental models were sampled and tested. The qualified rate of hygienic quality was 88.60.The total number of bacteria detected by 11.4% dental models exceeded the standard. Staphylococcus aureus was detected in 1 case. Disinfection measures for dental models include: disinfection with ultraviolet radiation (55.18%), disinfectant spray (18.91%), soaking with disinfectant solution (14.7771%), disinfection with other disinfectors (11.14%), and soaking with disinfectant solution (11.14%). Conclusion the disinfection effect of dental models in Shanghai medical institutions is lower. Ultraviolet radiation was the most effective disinfection method, but soaking with disinfectant was the best.
