医学院校学生应对突发传染病的能力分析

【摘要】：目的以新近发生的埃博拉病毒病为例,分析医学院校学生应对突发传染病的能力,为采取有效干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对重庆市某医学院校的2 094名在校学生进行问卷调查。问卷内容包括个人基本情况和埃博拉相关的知识、态度和行为(KAP)问题及KAP影响因素相关问题。采用多元线性回归模型分析影响埃博拉病毒病KAP得分的相关因素。结果重庆市某医学院校学生埃博拉病毒病KAP得分分别为(9.51±3.97),(5.93±1.85),(3.35±1.43)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示:埃博拉KAP得分的影响因素分别为性别(β=0.773,P0.01)、居住地点(β=-0.886,P0.05)和是否注重卫生习惯(β=-0.316,P0.01);性别(β=0.474,P0.01)、年级(β=0.118,P0.05),居住地点(β=-0.401,P0.05)和是否注重卫生习惯(β=-0.307,P0.01);性别(β=0.223,P0.01)、专业(β=0.152,P0.01)和是否注重卫生习惯(β=-0.231,P0.01)。结论医学院校学生应对突发传染病的能力并不乐观,医学院校应利用自身教学环境的优势结合不同群体突发传染病的KAP的影响因素,设计合适的干预措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the ability of medical college students to deal with sudden infectious diseases by taking the recent Ebola virus disease as an example, and to provide scientific basis for effective intervention. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 2 094 students in a medical college in Chongqing. The questionnaire included personal basic information and Ebola related knowledge. The problem of attitude and behavior and the related problems of KAP influencing factors were analyzed by multivariate linear regression model. Results the scores of KAP score of Ebola virus disease among students in a medical college in Chongqing were analyzed by using multiple linear regression model. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of Ebola KAP score were sex (尾 -0.773P 0.01), place of residence (尾 -0.886U P0.05) and attention to hygiene habits (尾 -0.316P 0.01); gender (尾 -0.474g / P1), grade (尾 -0.118p 0.05), living place (尾 -0.401p 0.05) and whether or not to pay attention to hygiene habits (P 0.01); gender (尾 -0.474g / P1), grade (尾 0.118p 0.05), living place (尾 -0.401g P 0.05) and whether or not to pay attention to hygiene habits (P 0.05). (尾 -0.307) P0.01A; gender (尾 -0.223P0.01g), specialty (尾 -0.152P0.01) and whether to pay attention to hygiene habits (尾 -0.231P0.01. conclusion the ability of medical college students to deal with sudden infectious diseases is not optimistic. Medical colleges and universities should make use of their own teaching environment to combine with the influencing factors of KAP of different groups of sudden infectious diseases and design appropriate intervention measures.
