河北省传染性非典型肺炎流行相关因素的研究

【摘要】:目的:本研究旨在通过对河北省所有SARS 患者的病例资料进行收集整理,对其流行特征进行描述,并对这些特征进行初步分析,以更多地了解SARS 的流行规律。 探讨传染性非典型肺炎(SARS)患者发病后的住院时间长短的影响因素。 探讨传染性非典型肺炎(SARS)患者死亡的可能的危险因素。 方法:收集河北省所有SARS 确诊患者的病历,设计专用的调查表,详细记录患者的首诊信息、症状体征、实验室检查结果、治疗及转归等信息,通过Excell 建立数据库,用SPSS 统计软件包对数据库进行初步的描述并进行分析。 分析数据库中与SARS 患者住院时间长短有关的影响因素,主要包括病人的性别、年龄、转归情况、确诊时间、住院时间、发病与住院的间隔时间、入院时的体温、胸片是否异常、是否有接触史、治疗过程是否应用了激素和中药、是否合并其他基础病等。单因素分析计量资料采用成组比较的t 检验,单因素相关采用直线相关分析。多因素分析采用多元逐步回归分析。另外,收集河北省石家庄市某两所大型医院2001 年-2003 年期间以肺炎(肺部感染)为第一诊断疾病的所有住院患者的病例资料,共计251 份,设计调查表记录患者的首诊信息、症状体征、实验室检查、治疗及转归等信息,通过Excell 建立数据库,应用SPSS11.5 统计软件包进
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this study was to collect and sort out the data of all SARS patients in Hebei Province, to describe the epidemic characteristics of SARS, and to analyze these characteristics so as to understand more about the epidemic law of SARS. Objective: to investigate the factors influencing the length of stay in SARS patients after the onset of SARS. To investigate the possible risk factors of death in patients with SARS. Methods: the medical records of all patients diagnosed with SARS in Hebei province were collected, and a special questionnaire was designed to record the information of first visit, symptoms and signs, laboratory examination results, treatment and prognosis of the patients in detail. The database was established by Excell. The database is described and analyzed with SPSS software package. The factors related to the length of hospitalization of SARS patients in the database were analyzed, including sex, age, outcome, time of diagnosis, duration of hospitalization, interval between onset and hospitalization, body temperature at admission, and abnormal chest radiographs. Do you have a history of exposure, do you use hormones and traditional Chinese medicine during the treatment process, do you have other underlying diseases, etc. The single factor analysis and measurement data are measured by a t-test, which is compared in groups. Linear correlation analysis was used for univariate correlation, multivariate stepwise regression analysis was used for multivariate analysis. From 2001 to 2003, a total of 251 cases were collected from two large hospitals in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, in which pneumonia (pulmonary infection) was the first diagnosis of the disease.
