文章摘要目的:分析新生儿细菌感染性疾病中的病原菌分布及药敏状况。方法:选取420例感染新生儿的痰液、血液、咽拭子及脐分泌物等标本纳入研究,对420例标本进行培养,并对细菌药敏结果进行分析。结果:本次共488份感染标本送检,共分离288株细菌,其中革兰阴性菌147株(51.0%),包括大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、阴沟肠杆菌,比例分别为39.5%、28.6%、8.2%,敏感性较高的药物有亚胺培南、阿米卡星、头孢类等;革兰阳性菌141株(49.0%),包括表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血葡萄球菌,比例分别为19.9%、26.9%、12.1%,敏感性较高的药物事万古霉素、青霉素等。结论:临床治疗新生儿细菌性感染时宜针对性选择敏感性抗菌药物。

AbstrObjective: To analyze the distribution of pathogemc bacteria of neonatal bacterial infection disease and drag sensitivity status.Method: 420 newborn with infection of sputum, blood, swabs and umbilical discharge specimens were included in the study, 420 cases of specimens were cultured and analyzed the results of antibiotic sensitivity of bacteria.Result: A total of 488 infected specimens, 288 strains of bacteria were isolated, including 147 strains(51.0%) of gram negative bacteria, including Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter cloacae, the rates were 39.5%, 28.6%, 8.2%, a higher sensitivity of drugs in imipenem, Amikacin, cephalosporins.Gram positive bacteria, including 141 strains(49.0%), Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus haemolytieus, rates were 19.9%, 26.9%, 12.1%, a higher sensitivity of drugs in vancomycin, penicillin, etc.Conclusion: The clinical treatment of neonatal bacterial infection should be targeted to select antimicrobial susceptibility.
