流动酸性氧化电位水去除胃镜污染枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的研究

【摘要】:目的 评价内窥镜全自动清洗消毒机产生流动酸性氧化电位水进行灭菌的效果,尝试确定流动酸性氧化电位水进行胃镜消毒的最短时间。 材料和方法 1 材料 枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢(ATCC9372)、内窥镜全自动清洗消毒机、日本Olympus240型电子胃镜及MTN-HT型一次性内窥镜活检钳、0.07%卵磷脂,0.5%硫代硫酸钠和2%吐温—80磷酸盐缓冲液、一次性使用平皿、GNP-9160型隔水式恒温培养箱、DK—8D型电热恒温水槽等。 2 实验步骤: 2.1 中和剂鉴定试验 试验设平行6组,即消毒剂+菌悬液、消毒剂+菌悬液+中和剂、中和剂+菌悬液、消毒剂+中和剂+菌悬液、稀释液+菌悬液、稀释液+中和剂+培养基,按悬液定量杀菌试验方法进行试验。 2.2 悬液定量杀菌试验 将酸性氧化电位水经3%牛血清白蛋白干扰的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢菌悬液混匀,作用至预定时间,取最终样液1.0ml液滴于平皿,然后倾注15ml胰蛋白胨大豆琼脂培养基,置于37℃培养箱内培养72h,计数菌落数,计算杀灭对数值。 2.3 模拟试验

The test was carried out according to suspension quantitative germicidal test method. 2.2 suspension quantitative bactericidal test. The acidic oxidizing potential water was mixed with Bacillus subtilis var.
