臭氧水消毒机对口腔综合治疗台水路系统的消毒效果研究

【摘要】:目的观察自行研制的口腔综合治疗台水路系统臭氧水消毒机的消毒效果,探索最优消毒方案。方法使用臭氧水消毒机生成约2mg/L浓度的臭氧水对14台口腔综合治疗台水路系统进行冲洗消毒,分别采集消毒前及消毒1、3、5、10min后手机出水口水样,经37℃、48h培养后观察计菌落数,采用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果口腔综合治疗台水路系统污染严重,消毒前手机出水水样菌落数达(2336±837)CFU/ml;各消毒组水样菌落数与消毒前相比差异均有统计学意义(P0.01),对细菌灭活率在冲洗消毒1min后达到92.98%,并随冲洗时间延长而提高,冲洗5min后各消毒组间差异无统计学意义,冲洗10min后对细菌灭活率达99.57%。结论臭氧水消毒高效可靠,可代替常用的次氯酸钠消毒剂冲洗消毒口腔综合治疗台水路系统,2mg/L浓度的臭氧水作用3~5min可达到最佳效果。
