2002年山西省临汾市居民意外死亡分析

【摘要】:目的:随着社会和经济的发展进步,威胁人类健康的疾病构成发生了重大变化,非传染病已经成为威胁人类健康的最大杀手,死因顺位的前四个都是非传染病:心脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、肿瘤以及意外伤害。其中意外伤害造成的死亡对人们的健康和生命安全的威胁正在逐步加重,成为了人群寿命损失的主要原因之一,也成为人们和社会关注的重大公共卫生问题。为了更好的了解临汾市居民健康基本情况以及意外死亡发生现状和有关影响因素,为合理的制定健康规划和预防并减少意外死亡提供准确的科学依据,现对临汾市2002年居民死亡因情况进行调查了解,并重点分析意外死亡对居民寿命的影响。 方法:2002年元月1日至2002年12月31日期间的临汾市居民全部死亡病例。调查内容和方法:根据公安户籍管理部门登记的资料和统计部门人口资料的有关死亡情况进行调查。调查内容包括死者姓名、性别、年龄、职业、疾病史、死亡时间、死亡原因、居住地、死者亲属或工作单位联系方式以及当地经济状况等内容,并对协助完成有关调查工作的各级疾病预防控制中心的人员进行统一培训,统一调查内容和方法。死因分类标准根据ICD-10对死亡病例进行分类,有关数据整理核实归类后,采用SAS8.0软件进行数据处理和统计分析。以死亡率、意外死亡率、构成比、期望寿命、减寿年数和潜在寿命损失年数等指标进行分析,标化人口使用2000年全国普查人口年龄构成。 结果:2002年全市共有21180死亡病例,其中男性12301例,女性8879例,总死亡率为535.25/10万,男性605.28/10万,女性461.31/10万,标准化总死亡率为859.65/10万,男性为981.26/10万,女性为731.91/10万。前五位死因依次是循环系统疾病、肿瘤、意外伤害、呼吸系统疾病和病因不详。2002年临汾市共有2874例意外死亡,占总死因构成的13.57%,其中男性2026例,女性848例。意外死亡率72.63/10万,男性为99.69/10万,女性是44.06/10万。临汾市意外死亡的构成顺位依次是
