口腔综合治疗台水路污染的现况调查与分析

【摘要】：目的了解杭州市某城区各级各类医疗机构口腔综合治疗台水路细菌污染现状,为提高口腔用水质量提供科学依据。方法 2016年9月-2017年2月对监测区域内6所省市级医院、27所民营口腔医院及诊所和6所社区卫生服务中心进行口腔漱口水和牙科手机管线水的细菌污染情况进行调查,参照《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)进行细菌培养,参考《生活饮用水卫生标准》作为微生物指标合格标准。结果共采集39所医疗机构中口腔综合治疗台水路的1 153份水样,合格502份,合格率为43.5%,其中省市级医院合格率为75.7%,民营口腔医院及诊所合格率36.1%,社区卫生服务中心合格率为55.0%;各级医疗机构之间口腔用水合格率差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论口腔综合治疗台水路污染较严重,各级医疗机构应高度重视,规范口腔医师临床操作,加强口腔科综合治疗台水路的消毒与监测工作。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of bacterial contamination in the water channel of oral comprehensive treatment in various medical institutions in a certain urban area of Hangzhou. Methods from September 2016 to February 2017, oral gargle was performed in 27 private oral hospitals and clinics and 6 community health service centers in 6 provincial and municipal hospitals in the region. To investigate the bacterial contamination of dental cell phone pipeline water, Bacterial culture was carried out with reference to the Technical Specification for Disinfection (2002), and the hygienic Standard for drinking Water was referred to as the standard for the qualification of microorganism. Results 1 153 water samples were collected from 39 medical institutions. 502 qualified, The qualified rate was 43.5, including 75.7 in provincial and municipal hospitals, 36.1 in private oral hospitals and clinics, and 55.0 in community health service centers. The waterway pollution of the comprehensive cavity treatment platform is serious. Medical institutions at all levels should attach great importance to regulating the clinical operation of stomatologists and strengthen the disinfection and monitoring of the waterway of the comprehensive treatment table in stomatology.
